Founder & Director
Coach Manny is a nationally recognized performance coach, former professional football athlete, and leadership mentor with over 20 years of experience across high school, collegiate, and professional sport.
He has held leadership roles at elite programs including UNLV and Bishop Gorman High School, helping build championship cultures while reducing injury risk and improving athlete availability. His work blends evidence-based training, disciplined execution, and leadership development to create systems that produce sustainable excellence.

Long-Term Athletic Development (LTAD) is the foundation of everything we do at Manuel Fitness. Rather than training athletes based solely on age or short-term outcomes, LTAD aligns training with biological age, training age, movement competency, and individual readiness. This structured, evidence-based approach emphasizes foundational movement quality, progressive skill acquisition, and appropriate loading strategies across every stage of development—from youth to high school, college, and beyond.




LTAD also plays a critical role in injury reduction and performance sustainability. By using assessment-driven programming, systematic progressions, and ongoing monitoring, athletes develop resilience, confidence, and adaptability while minimizing unnecessary injury risk. The result is athletes who can train consistently, perform at a high level over multiple seasons, and maintain a lifelong relationship with physical preparation.
